The Board of Conveners offers wholesome governance support to management, including corporate direction oversight; corporate policy enactments; approvals of management, programs, etics, finance, and organizational plans; and support the public relations and fundraising actions of management, The Board of Conveners ensures the organization is not only well-governed but flourishes.
