| Lead Consultant
Odutola Babatunde is a Project Management, Corporate Structure Consultant, and Infrastructure Project Specialist with 30 years of experience in project management, corporate structuring and development, financial planning, and human capital development.

Odutola has unique insight into effective project conception, initiation, design, management, and support.
With a background in Applied Philosophy and Management Technologies, he is well-grounded in finance, accounting, and management disciplines, leadership, in addition to international experience, having worked with and consulted for organizations such as the following:

He has been an ardent consultant since 2000, when he established Theta Solutions & Technologies Ltd., and he has provided consulting services to companies and public organizations in the areas of Corporate Structure, Human Resource Management, and ICTs Infrastructure Design and Management.
He also established MetroSculpters Consulting to provide consultancy services in the specific areas of Real Estate/Structure & Infrastructure design, development, integration, and management, with the vision to assist the upgrade of Nigeria’s Structures and Infrastructures, particularly City planning and urban renewals.
As a result of the work done since 2000, it became obvious that Project Conception, Planning, and Management, less than Finance are the major inhibitors to development in Africa, particularly Nigeria. Comparable to the Middle Eastern and South-East Asian countries of the 1970s, Nigeria is at a crossroads to source and effectively utilize sound project conception, planning, design, execution, and finance solutions to enhance its socioeconomic infrastructure, and this is, he deemed MetroSculpters prime responsibility.
To further this purpose, the MetroSculpters’ Commercial, PPP, and Investment Group was established.
Olayinka Hammed Obitayo
| Executive Director, Real Estate & Joint Venture Projects
Mr. Obitayo is a professional realtor, business thinker, and real estate practitioner.
He is a graduate of estate management from the University of Lagos, a MBA graduate of finance from the Obafemi Awolowo University. He is an associate chartered accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Nigeria (ICAN).

Olayinka has over 18 years working experience in the real estate industry with particular devotion to realty, development, and joint venture advisory, consultancy, and projects.
He stared his career with Jide Taiwo and Co, one of the foremost realtors in the Nigerian real estate industry, as Estate Manager. He was the General Manager of Kasmal Properties Limited where he initiated, closed, and deliver several billions of Naira worth of real estate deals. He works as the Property Manager with Cobblestone Properties and Estate Limited, a sister company to Globacom Limited.
Olayinka is the Executive Director in charge of Real Estate and Joint Venture Projects of MetroSculpters Consulting.
Ifende Onyemechi
| Chief ICTs and Technology Officer
Ifende is a physicist, Software architect and engineer, ICTs professional, machine learning, and AI expert.
Ifende is responsible for all MetroSculpters’ e-commerce, technology, and ICTs/Smart environment projects and operations.

Ifende has over 25 years of first-class cognate knowledge and experience that have seen the development and operations of hundreds of servers and desktop-based software, mobile apps, and online payment gateways, among several projects.
Jumoke Ajibode | GM Consulting Services
Jumoke Ajibode is a microbiology graduate from the Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta. She has a natural inclination for knowledge acquisition and transfer.

She oversees MetroSculpters’ Consulting Services division, providing services that assist our lead consultant, consultants, and external resources in having the necessary wherewithal to deliver quality services to our esteemed clients.
Jumoke has over 10 years of experience working with MetroSculpters.
Okpodu Enohor Patience| GM Corporate Services
Enohor is a graduate of The Ibadan Polytechnic and the Akanu–bian Federal Polytechnic, Uwana where she earned her higher national diploma.
She possesses cognate experience in corporate management, service delivery, treasury management, marketing, sales, and relationship management.

With over 20 years of experience in vital disciplines, she brings her treasury, service, marketing, and sales management expertise to MetroSculpters as the GM Corporate Services.
