LeadEtics®, an Introduction
LeadEtics® offers a series of comprehensive and effective leadership life force enhancement programs to aspiring leaders.
We have over 20 years of research and success experiences with our programs which have given enablement to several aspiring leaders who have become successful in their various endeavors.
LeadEtics® has the etics or methodology to address the root causes of leadership failures, incompetence, and misalignment, providing lasting results.
LeadEtics® uses a series of wholesome programs, including self-discovery psychometrics, knowledge transfer processes, outward-bound programs, and counseling know-how that are unknown or poorly known in the leadership sphere.
This etics enables us to assist the cultivation of a leadership life force and unleash competent, ethical, and responsible leaders with the wherewithal to overcome subsisting leadership deficit and assist the continuation of the Works of Creation to the success of their families, groups, and society.
LeadEtics uses several psychometrics or self-discovery tools to assist participants to discover their SWOTs and PLPCs, and as tools for programming leadership development.
LeadEtics delivers leadership and related knowledge through seminars, workshops, training, and online courses.
LeadEtics’ leadership and entrepreneurship programs are perfected through outward-bound programs which emporwers participants to confront, appreciate the effects, and assume control over the physical universe.

LeadEtics® Membership Types
The corporate membership is available to members of any organizations incorporated to carry on economic and business-related activities. These are people who occupy governance, management, and sundry positions in their organizations who desire improvement in their leadership life force, qualities, and attributes, and who want to take advantage of the diverse benefits of membership while contributing to the betterment of themselves as individuals, their organizations, and society.
The social betterment organization membership is available to members of social betterment organizations, including social clubs, humanitarian organizations, Non-government organizations, and others. These are people who desire improvement in their leadership life force, qualities, and attributes, and who want to take advantage of the diverse benefits of membership while contributing to the betterment of society.
The general individual membership is a class of membership that is available to every individual who desires improvement in their leadership life force, qualities, and attributes, and who wants to take advantage of the diverse benefits of membership.
The student membership is a class of membership that is available to every student, from secondary to tertiary. These are people who desire improvement in their leadership life force, qualities, and attributes, and who want to take advantage of the diverse benefits of membership while still undergoing their academic or vocational activities.
The voluntary organization membership is available to members of voluntary organizations, including the Boys Scouts, Girls Guides, Man O’ War, St. John Ambulance, Red Cross and Crescent, Boys Brigade, and others. These are people who desire improvement in their leadership life force, qualities, and attributes, and who want to take advantage of the diverse benefits of membership while contributing their youthful vigor and know-how to the advancement of society.
The leadership entrepreneur membership class is available to any individual in society, employed or unemployed, whose nature or life purpose devolved to assisting other people or groups to become better and attain their life goals for economic or spiritual satisfaction for rendering such assistance.
LeadEtics® Partner Memberships
The social program funders are individuals and organizations that support the development of society by funding the delivery of LeadEtics® programs to segments of society, such as schools, voluntary organizations, street clubs and associations, etc., that would ordinarily be denied of the benefits.
These are valuable members of society and veritable pillars upon which LeadEtics®’ social betterment activities rest.
The program delivery partners are leadership and sundry knowledge and know-how organizations, such as the Citizenship & Leadership Training Center, etc., that provide technical support to LeadEtics® programs, enabling effective program delivery.
The LeadEtics® leadership and social champions are individuals and organizations who make great contributions to the advancement of leadership development in society, especially those who associate with LeadEtics®’ vision and goals.

What is LeadEtics®?
LeadEtics® has a series of composites as defined and explained here. LeadEtics® is a technology, methodology, or etics – a means to reveal and enhance the leadership life force, qualities, and attributes that every individual is endowed with.
LeadEtics® was established from the body of leadership knowledge. This body of leadership knowledge is derived and deduced from the bio-logical or fundamental principles or natural laws of life encoded into leadership.
LeadEtics’ leadership framework consists of bio-logical principles, validated frameworks, effective processes, support systems, and outward-bound programs. It is with this leadership framework that LeadEtics® aims to enliven the competence, ethics, and responsibility in the visioning, thinking, planning, and actions of serving and aspiring leaders.
This framework consists of the only known laws, ways, means, and tools to enhance the vision-inclined drives of leaders and groups.

LeadEtics® is also an organization with which we organize, process, and deliver the laws, ways, means, and tools of LeadEtics®, and provide support systems, to reveal and enhance the leadership life force, qualities, and attributes of current and aspiring leaders who are members or beneficiaries of our programs.

LeadEtics® is a membership organization with which we aggregate the innate life force, powers, abilities, and willingness of the membership to reveal and enhance the leadership life force, qualities, and attributes that every individual is endowed with and assist the reorientation of society through our outward-bound and humanitarian programs.
Our membership cut across diverse cadres, including 1) students, 2) members of youth voluntary organizations, 3) individuals, and 4) corporate or group membership. Our members can become LeadEtics® Faculty members and Leadership Entrepreneurs who further the programs and organization of LeadEtics® deeper into society and across Nigeria and Africa.
LeadEtics® Services and Programs.
LeadEtics® also provides corporate-quality professional and public conferences, seminars, workshops, intensive training, and e-leadership learning programs to avail our knowledge and know-how to the corporate, social, political, outward-bound, and individual segments of leadership and group management.
In addition, LeadEtics® provides one of the services that are not associated with any leadership organization ever, due to the lack of in-depth knowledge of the nature of leadership and the human person.
We provide counseling services that assist the individual to 1) gain an awareness of self, leadership spheres, responsibility, and ability, 2) educate self with personal knowledge so gained, 3) decide on the willingness to live life, unravel own life purpose, and 4) become a powerhouse with the innate knowledge, ability, willingness, and awareness who can make dreams and make them come true.
