LeadEtics® Introversion-Extroversion Analysis Test

Introversion and extroversion are two factors which can be derived from the operation of the individual in life. LeadEtics® has resolved some of the unknown and complex conditions of the human person to clarity.

The first of the factors is the three ­environments of a person. Every individual operates life through three environments, which are: 1) the person’s personal space or environment, 2) the person’s mental space or environment, and the 3) person’s shared physical space or environment.

The second of the factors is the three time-spaces of a person. Again, every individual operates life seemingly through time environments, which are: 1) the person’s past, 2) the person’s current present time, and the 3) person’s future.

The third of the factors is the three spheres of leadership. Every individual who attempts to lead anything, operates through the leadership spheres, which are: 1) sphere of command, 2) sphere of influence, and the 3) sphere of cooperation.
