The Structure of the LeadEtics® Organization

LeadEtics® organization structure consists of governance-level organs as follows:

1_ Advisory Council: birds in the sky advice to Conveners.
2_ Board of Conveners: govern the organization.
3_ Faculty Council: safeguard LeadEtics® leadership knowledge transfer validation process.
4_ Etics Council: safeguard the LeadEtics® knowledge and technical base.

Each governance-level organ acts interactively, but, independent of controls from others. This brings about transparency, accountability, effective programming and technical/etics management, and goal attainment.

The second layer of the LeadEtics® organization structure consists of management-level organs as follows:

1_ Management Committee; coordinate management activities.
2_ Lead Convener/CEO; lead and manage the organization
3_ Executive Director, Corporate Services; manage corporate sector
4_ Executive Director, Etics; manage technology/Etics sector.

Each management-level organ acts interactively and dependent on the controls of the Lead Convener/CEO and reports through the Management Committee to Governance-level organs.

This close management system assures responsibility in the management of the organization.
