There is really no benefit of any psychometric that is based on quotient, number, or proportion.
An individual would not be able to tell what actually is or are his or her strengths or shortcomings, only that they scored or have 130 IQ or whatever.
Intelligent Quotient or IQ is the number that results from the division of one number by another.
Therefore, measuring IQ does no good whatsoever for a system that intends to improve people.
For this reason, LeadEtics® tests are analysis-based rather than mere quotient-based.
We can analyze a set of intelligence or other factors to determine what factor or factors require assistive action to improve a person’s intelligence or whatever aspects of their life.
