A_ Objectives of Youth Voluntary Organizations Capacity Enhancement Programs

1_ to enrich and enhance youths in voluntary organizations with leadership knowledge, qualities, competence, ethics, and responsibility, and further their intention and interest in ensuring the harmony and progress in their personal, familial, economic, political, and social lives.

2_ to avail youths in voluntary organizations with the effective programs of LeadEtics to enhance the expression of their leadership life force to ensure they attain their life goals.

3_ to improve the effectiveness of youths in voluntary organizations to better be, do, and have their positive goals using the effective programs of LeadEtics.

B_ Participant classes of youths in voluntary organizations leadership programs

1_ LeadEtics programs are designed and can be delivered to every youth and member of voluntary organizations in the country and beyond.

2_ LeadEtics programs are designed with the agreement and or participation of the leadership of concerned voluntary organizations, and ensuring participants have or could have the consent of their organization leadership, and legal and financial capacity.

3_ LeadEtics programs are designed for the leadership and members of voluntary organizations who can understand basic communication and are willing to persevere through the mental, emotional, physical, and social rigors of the programs.

C_ Outcomes of youths in voluntary organizations leadership programs

1_ better, more competent, capable, and more dexterous youths and leadership who can set, plan, organize, resource, and affect the attainment of their predetermined objectives with certainty.

2_ more ethical youths and leadership who think, act, and respond to life activities with good sense and general survival inclination.

3_ youths and leadership who have increased courage to assume responsibility and act with heightened social awareness toward the success of as much of their life dynamics as they have interest and capacity.

D_ Average time duration of youth in voluntary organizations leadership programs

1_ LeadEtics programs delivery time varies from one-day seminars, 25 hours of basic counseling service, 500 hours of standard counseling service, 1-day workshops, 1-week training, 3-week intensive training, 1 to 3 weeks outward-bound programs, to three months’ leadership programs.
