LeadEtics® – Founding and Background
LeadEtics® was formed as Leadership Development Technologies (LDT) Africa in 2004 with several like-minded associates who felt and expressed their concerns about the growing trends of economic underdevelopment, political rascality, and social dysfunction across Nigeria and Africa.
The activities of Leadership Development Technologies (LDT) Africa funded the research, development, and (unsatisfactory) successes attained over the past two decades, which culminated in the wealth of leadership knowledge, competence, and capacity that LeadEtics® boasts of today.
LeadEtics® in 2024 and Beyond
LeadEtics® is a body of leadership knowledge consisting of bio-logical principles, validated frameworks, effective processes, and support systems that aim to enliven the code of leadership ethics, attributes, and practices to create and support vision-attainment drives of leaders and groups.
LeadEtics® Core Values
At LeadEtics®, we have 1) clear intentions, sight, insight, foresight, and hindsight; 2) definite vision, direction, spheres, leadership, and command; and 3) competent beingness, planning, actions, possessions, and humanitarianism.
LeadEtics® core values encompass the essential elements of group dynamics, the utility of which we consider vital to our existence and success.

Our intentions are clear; thus, we command the sights of our present, the insight of our being, the foresight of our future, and the hindsight of our past, as we navigate and strive toward our vision.

With a definite vision, the wholesome effectiveness of our group’s spheres, direction, leadership, and command is assured.
