LeadEtics® General Public information

We believe you must have heard a word or two about leadership. And, we know that you are a leader by the virtue of your being a sentient being, and being alive, no matter your age or any other condition. Why are you a leader, even if you have not heard of the word? Well, you are a leader because within you lies the life force, leadership, and every known and unknown leadership quality.

We would like you to know that the leadership life force you have innate within you is how Life, the Creator, or God (whatever works for you) uses to continue the works of creation in the physical universe. By knowing this, we believe you will appreciate your value to yourself, your responsibility to Life, and your obligations to yourself, your family, your society, and humanity.

And, we want to introduce real, effective, natural laws-based leadership to you – LeadEtics.

The Four Factors of LeadEtics®

Through these four things, you will learn, know, and utilize LeadEtics.

1. Our knowledge base of leadership materials, including books, manuals, and references.
2. Leadership enhancement, development, and support programs, including training, seminars, workshops, and one per class delivered in offline, online, and hybrid formats.
3. Rarely available in the field of leadership are counseling programs that are aimed to assist you in discovering, recognizing, and addressing those factors of your life that keep you down, distract you from your goals, cause you pain and lack of awareness, etc. Our counseling services cover the individual, family, group, corporate, individually and in groups of people.
4. Membership services relate to the introduction of the knowledge, know-how, framework, and systems of leadership to those who are willing to become true leaders, those who are inclined to be leadership entrepreneurs, and those who desire to assist the emancipation of society through engagement with the broad public.

So, whatever you desire and whatever role you wish to play, we can support you.

Program processes

1. Knowledge-transfer processes – gaining real, usable knowledge, knowhow to change the states of being, and mind, increase one’s competence, ethics, responsibility, and action;
2. Counseling – processes to change the condition of being, and mind, in creative thoughts through introspective, retrospective, and the three spaces or environment objective exercises and programs;
3. Outward-bound programs – processes to change factors in the spaces, locations, and environments of being, mind, body, and confront, become aware of, take control of, and change the states of self, life, physical universe, and other beings.
