The main leadership life force development and enhancement programs of LeadEtics® are physical class-based. The ultimate of our programs are the Dynamic-based Gradation Leadership Development Programs (DGLDPs), of which there are eight (8) levels.
LeadEtics® offers courses, programs, and other knowledge-transfer services via online channels, including via our website and other knowledge-transfer platforms.
LeadEtics® knowledge-transfer programs are based on solid fundamentals in the theories of the laws, ways, means, and tools through which the programs are derived. Solid fundamentals give the participant a versatile understanding of the subject
Every of our program, course, and service is rich in practical elements. Practical enables participants to truly understand and use or apply the laws, ways, means, tools, and processes of any subjects.
Every of our program have Outward-bound programs embedded. With our outward-bound program, participants will actually DO and PRODUCE the outcomes of a program conclusively. This competence is what the participant takes home as their success or win from the program.

Introduction
The most vital element of life is knowledge. Without knowledge, life as we know it, will be a lump of solid and confused physical mold. Life will lack even basic animal instincts, as instincts are driven by perception, retention, conclusion, and action, which are elements of knowledge.
The reason life continues to evolve and be created is due to knowledge, sentient-driven knowledge. There are two forms of knowledge.
The first is innate knowingness. This is the root of all creation and the elements that cause life and livingness.
The second is knowledge which consists of data, facts, information, figures, conclusions, deductions, assumptions, and sundry mental, emotional, and physical factors.
This second knowledge is what we deal with in the LeadEtics® Knowledge-transfer Services. Of course, there is no knowledge in the absence of that innate knowingness that we tap in rendering our knowledge-transfer programs.
