LeadEtics® model of organization is intricately linked to the LeadEtics® knowledge and etics base.

The linkage of the model of our organization with the knowledge and etics of LeadEtics® is to enable and ensure the effective delivery of promises to members, partners, and larger society, and to attain our predefined goals.

LeadEtics® model of organization has the following factors as our fundamental value framework. 

1. LeadEtics® primary intention is to enliven leadership life force through the administration and utilization of our organization’s capital and assets.

Our organization will employ the LeadEtics® bio-logical leadership knowledge, know-how, framework, processes, and support system to enliven the life force of leadership in every human being we process through our organization.

2. LeadEtics® core purpose is to grant more life to every lifeform, nonlife matter, condition, and sundry constituent of life:

LeadEtics® will utilize the life force of leadership to enhance the ability of every human being to grant more life to other human beings and lifeforms, and enliven non-life things with purpose, meaning, utility, and motive.

3. LeadEtics® ultimate direction is toward the native goodness of all sentient beings. 

LeadEtics® will ensure that the utilization of LeadEtics® bio-logical leadership knowledge, know-how, framework, processes, and support system does not result in the harm or ruin of another human being or group.

Our purpose is to assist the enhancement of the propensity and actuality of every human being to produce and grant goodness in whatever they seek, do, or have, using LeadEtics® knowledge and etics.
