LeadEtics® Dynamics-based Gradation Leadership Development Program (DGLDP) is a leadership development program that enhances the knowledge, quality, values, capacity, and application competence and competencies of graduates. 

LeadEtics® DGLDP offers proven processes with which to make known and enhance the native leadership Life Force and factors of graduates. A graduate feels more, better, richer, healthier, saner, friendlier, smatter, able, competent, ethical, and responsible at the completion of the DGLDP.

LeadEtics® DGLDP assures the participant-avowed acquisition, understanding, appreciation, and ownership of natural laws-based leadership knowledge which enhance their values and quality of leadership ability, competence, ethics, and responsibility.

LeadEtics® DGLDP assures the Etics (or application competence and capacity) of LeadEtics® DGLDP graduates, assuring their ability and willingness to utilize the knowledge, skills, processes, and sundry tools in furthering their leadership responsibilities. 

LeadEtics® assures that DGLDP Graduates of the final level (8) have acquired, imbibed, and can utilize the laws, ways, means, tools, and processes, including gaining improved ability, willingness, competence, responsibility, and capacity to lead any group, including nation-states and global organizations with higher quality of effectiveness and efficiency.
