The LeadEtics® Outward-Bound Protocol defines the parameters and spheres that participants must engage with to enhance their ability to relate with people, life, and its various constituents. Since human beings ultimately make manifest the outcomes of their goals in the physical universe, surrounded by other people and using the constituents of the material universe, it is crucial for a leader to be able start, change, and stop these factors and elements to lead effectively.
The LeadEtics® Outward-Bound Gemes-based programs are designed to enable participants challenge their biases, ideas, and knowledge about their capability, ability, competence, relations with others, among several other factors. This challenge ultimately leads to the betterment of the ideals, knowledge, and ideas of the participants with regards to their persons, other people, and spheres.
LeadEtics® Outward-Bound family sphere programs are designed with the mindset to reengineer the social order by addressing the leadership deficiencies in our families. LeadEtics® Outward-Bound family sphere programs use physical, emotional, mental, and social factors to assist participants positively impact their families,
LeadEtics® Outward-Bound environmental sphere programs aid the acceptance and demonstration of full responsibility of participants to the safety, security, and wellness of their environments, including their personal, mental, and physical environments. It is a given that where any of these environments of a person is unsafe, insecure, or unhealthy, the outcomes of the leadership, familial, social, and personal efforts of a person will be foul and counter survival.
LeadEtics® Outward-Bound Group sphere programs are crafted to enable an individual to become able to learn, understand, and utilize the laws, ways, means, tools, structures, functions, and values of groups to better their chances of leading a better life for themselves, their fellows, their society, and life, using outward-bound processes.
LeadEtics® Outward-Bound Social sphere programs aim to release the factors and values ofthe individual to perceive, appreciate, and take responsibility for the weal and woes of their society, and address themselves, knowledge, know-how, and diligence to the rectification of the woes and enlargement of the weal.

Objectives, participant classes, outcomes, and program timeframe
LeadEtics® Outward-Bound Services are derived from programs learned, imbibed, and utilized by the leadership of LeadEtics® several decades ago from the famous Citizenship and Leadership Training Center, Nigeria.
LeadEtics® Outward-Bound Services are refined with the introduction of the fundamental knowledge of life and innovative counseling methodology to further enhance their effectiveness.
When we say Outward-Bound, we mean indoors and outdoors programs that assist the exteriorization of the attentions, wills, abilities, interests, purposes, and life of the individual. It is a fact that most people are sucked up in their minds, their interior worlds, and thus unable or unwilling to perceive life as it is.
These people, then, delve into the “successes” and “glories” of the past. They would rather live in the past than become aware, active, and effective in their present time environment and life.
LeadEtics® Outward-Bound Services are delivered for group of individuals, and not for individual.

1_ to enrich participants with the ability and willingness to regain awareness and knowledge of their present time environment, spaces, and life.
2_ to enrich participants with the ability and willingness to perceive and actually utilize their mental, emotional, and physical senses to regain their desire to become more active, effective, and successful in their present time environment, spaces, and life.
3_ to assist participants with the willingness to regain clouded, trapped, and dreaded abilities, memories, capacity, and the joy in confronting, cooperating, and utilizing the factors and values of the physical universe, other sentient beings, and life in general.

1_ LeadEtics® Outward-Bound programs are designed and can be delivered to any audiences, including the general public, the members and partners of the LeadEtics®, and participants of LeadeEics® programs and services.
2_ LeadEtics® Outward-Bound programs are designed for delivery to group of individuals who have or could have the legal and financial capacity to participate in the programs.
3_ LeadEtics® Outward-Bound programs are designed for those who can understand basic communication and are willing to persevere through the mental, emotional, physical, and social rigors of the programs.

1_ persons who can see, hear, taste, feel, think, act, response, smell, and generally and specifically live life in present time environment with the ability to comprehend, apprehend, and command their spheres of leadership.

LeadEtics® Visioner Outward-Bound Program enables participants to develop and hone their group dynamics and leadership ability, using a chess-derived activity.
LeadEtics® Spheres Ownership Outward-Bound Program attempts to empower participants to regain control and command over their spheres of leadership.
LeadEtics® Society Ownership Outward-Bound Program attempts to empower participants to become actual parties and gain control and command over the society in which they belong, and cease to be spectators.
LeadEtics® Survival Outward-Bound Program is a third-party course and outward-bound activities that assist participants to become aware and deal with the sources of mental, emotional, and physical disability, unwillingness, illnesses, and lack of purpose, that may be hinderances to their effectiveness in life.
