As a result of the work done since 2000, it became obvious that Project Conception, Planning, and Management, less than Finance are the major inhibitors to development in Africa, particularly Nigeria. Comparable to the Middle Eastern and South-East Asian countries of the 1970s, Nigeria is at a crossroads to source and effectively utilize sound project conception, planning, design, execution, and finance solutions to enhance its socioeconomic infrastructure, and this is, he deemed MetroSculpters prime responsibility.

To that extent, the MetroSculpters’ Commercial, PPP, and Investment Group was established.
