You Are Life, and Lacking Barries.

One’s tribe and race are indeed a part of the individual, just as the person’s family, friends, associates, and acquaintances.

However, to have any factor limit one’s expression of one’s values, especially of leadership potential, is encasing and restraining the expression of the person’s true power and potential.

An individual lives and strives to survive across eight motivations.

These are

1_ Self,

2_ Family,

3_ Groups, including tribe and ultimately race,

4_ Humanity, consisting of every race in the world,

5_ Other life forms whose living add to the survival of the individual and humanity,

6_ Nonliving matter, including natural and human beings made objects in, and of, and the physical universe,

7_ Spiritual factors, and forces, including knowledge, the spirituality of the individual and humanity, etc.,

8_ Infinite spirit, Life, Creator, etc.

The diagram below presents the survival motivations as contained in “The Bio-logics of Leadership“.

We could safely say that the above eight survival motivations make up the individual about his or her life and living expressions, especially in leadership.

If someone asked me to define a human being, I could just as easily say a person is the eight motivations of survival.

Understanding this can be so important, especially in clearing disputes, in addressing divisive factors in life, and in leadership. If we look closely at the eight motivations, we can see that everyone and everything in existence is a part of it. See?

Anyone who uses this definition of a person and who understands that survival has this many facets will never be criminal, insane, inhuman, unethical, immoral, or breach laws, rules, and regulations of his or her diverse groups, except in ignorance.

When people say “You are all, and all is you”, this is what they are attempting to relay.

So, do not limit your worth, power, value, and especially the expressions of your leadership potential and life force occasioned by any social divisive factor.

Do not buy into the strange and false idea that you are limited to and by anything.

Do not accept the untruth that you are another animal, a higher animal, a social animal, a political animal, etc., that those who have become animals in their reasoning claim everyone is.
