Welcome to The LeadEtics® Leadership Entrepreneuring and the Economy; the Factors of Human Insatiability, Greed, and Responsibility Online Course.

Let us understand that this course is not for the fainthearted or weaklings who are not interested, disciplined, or willing to face the rigors of acquiring, imbibing, applying, and owning the knowledge and know-how to be the best they want to be. If you do not or cannot own the knowledge and know-how given, this course is not for you.

Many people erroneously believe that a nonexistent, human-created entity called the “government” creates and is responsible for the dynamics of the economy. This thinking results from poor education or understanding of the structure and functions of social administration mechanisms and political manipulations.

Observers of the economy have since discovered that unwholesome human factors create, nourish, and attempt to destroy every economy in every society.

The sense and attribute of insatiability (the desire to have in sheer abundance) in human beings tend toward the creation of abundance and destruction. This sense of seeking, creating, and obtaining abundance beyond one’s immediate needs is the cause of four (4) factors that impact every social, political, and economic sphere.

These four (4) factors caused by insatiability, from the extreme negative to the extreme positive, are:

1) Shylockism; which tends to destroy the lives of the generality of the people for the wealth accumulation of a few.

2) Capitalistic greed that tends to subjugate people to the servitude of the wealthy few.

3) Charity or Philanthropy that strives to assist people in dire need, but often makes people indolent and self-depreciating. It is said that if you want to make people into slaves, give them food and prevent them from working.

4) Entrepreneurship; which tends to build wealth and production assets and capacity for the generality of the people and economy.

These four factors are caused by the sense and attribute of insatiability, which are the root cause and outcomes of every great and poor economy. Every economy has all of these factors. 

With this online course, we aim to broaden the minds and understanding of participants in the workings of the economy, assist them in recognizing and accepting their responsibility to the larger economy and encourage them to pursue entrepreneurship rather than endeavors that destroy lives and the retard the progress of the economy. 

With this understanding, it is hoped that participants will cease granting unwarranted powers to the administrators of their government by blaming them for the woes or praising them for the successes of their economy. It is also hoped that they take responsibility to endeavor to make their economy and social order prosperous.

NOTE. Shylockism is a word coined by LeadEtics to define those people who use their power, wealth, and knowledge for criminal, evil, and other destructive purposes just like the Shylock in William Shakespeare’s ‘Merchant of Venice”. Shylockism is the most extreme negative form of the insatiable nature of human beings. The most extreme positive form of insatiability is entrepreneurship, with Capitalism and Philanthropy (Charity) as intermediary factors. 

Course Start-up Steps

1.  If you are on this page and you are not logged in, please log in to your LeadEtics® account.
2.  Click HERE to access your Course Profile.
3.  Click on “My Course” to find the course you are on.
4.  Then, click on the Course,
5.  The Course will open to the first lesson/section, and read through the material of the section until the end.
6. Then, Fill out the evaluation form at the end of the section/lesson. Make sure you have enough time before you start. Otherwise, you will lose whatever you have written in if you close the form without sending it. 
7. Once you completed a form, click on Submit Lesson,
8. When the page reloads, scroll upward and look for and click on CURRICULUM just below the blue banner that contains the course details.
9. Then click on the next course section/lesson from the list displayed under curriculum, and continue until you complete all the sections/lessons and send the evaluation forms for them. 
10. If you have any issues send a message or an email to your Course Supervisor.
