This Course is crafted from the principles of leadership as enumerated in the book, “The Bio-logics of Leadership.”

For a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of this course, students are advised to obtain a copy of the eBook from the LeadEtics® Store and review the relevant section.

We believe that virtually everyone is familiar with leadership and its values in promoting group and social progress. We must have seen and possibly learned some definitions of leadership with some in flowery, poetic, academic, and business nomenclatures. Some of these definitions we appreciate but do not understand. Some, we understand, but cannot apply.

In LeadEtics®, we discovered that three primary factors constitute the life force and quality we refer to as leadership.

In addition, we discovered that there exist three (3) spheres of leadership, not one. Everyone knows about the “Sphere Influence” as a leadership term and concept. How many of us know the other, even more vital Spheres?

In this online course, we aim “to reveal to your understanding the three spheres of leadership, the three essential elements of leadership that constitute the leadership triangular formula, and how this formula can assist the development of the student leadership life force.”

With an understanding of the valuable and practical concepts contained in this course, the student should be more able to not only appreciate the value of the life force and quality called leadership but also to better their effectiveness in their leadership of their family, groups, society, and humanity, and the attainment of the Goal of Life.

Course Start-up Steps

2.  Click HERE to access your Course Profile.
3.  Click on “My Course” to find the course you are in.
4.  Then, click on the Course,
5.  The Course will open with the first lesson. Read through the material to the end.
6. Then, fill out the evaluation form at the end of the section/lesson. Make sure you have enough time before you start. Otherwise, you will lose whatever you have written in the form when you close the form.
7. Once you have completed a form, click on Submit Lesson.
8. When the page reloads, scroll upward and look for and click on CURRICULUM just below the blue banner that contains the course details to access the lessons.
9. Next, click on your next lesson from the list displayed under curriculum, and continue until you complete all the lessons and send the evaluation forms for them.
