Every effort to teach ethics is more or less to cause a reminder to the person of what he or she knows natively.

It is the absence of ethics, or rather, the abdication or jettisoning of ethics by the individual that brings about organizational and social restrains called morals. The effectiveness of group morals is shallow, to say the least, as they cannot deter an unethical being from his or her ruinous course.

Knowing that morals are more or less useless in taming unethical individuals, regulators of the state harped on law, law enforcement, the so-called justice system, and prisons. And, of course, the law could only deliver sadism which degrades a human being to further cause criminal acts on an automatic basis. The sadisms of the law with its lack of understanding, threats of violence and punishments, and intimidation; of law enforcement with its brutality and inhuman process in administering criminal suspects; the courts with their suppressive appearances and dreadful sentences; and finally, the prisons for its unintentional criminal education and mentoring of sentenced and awaiting trials individuals only breed more numerous and more violent criminals.

We might think, “What do these have to do with leaders, leadership, groups, corporates, organization, management, vision, and success?” Have you had a cause of theft, robbery, lies, deceit, assault, falsification, fraud, etc., in your group, business, or organization? Well, who are the culprits? Obviously, your human being employees, partners, customers, clients, regulators, or other stakeholders. Right? They might even be the topmost leaders as we have seen at the national level.

   2.  Click HERE to access your Course Profile.
   3.  Click on “My Course” to find the course you are on.
   4.  Then, click on the Course,
   5.  The Course will open the first lesson. Read through the material to the end.
   6. Then, Fill out the evaluation form at the end of the section/lesson. Make sure you have enough time before you start. Otherwise, you will lose whatever you have written in the form when you close the form.
   7. Once you have completed a form, click on Submit Lesson,
   8. When the page reloads, scroll upward and look for and click on CURRICULUM just below the blue banner that contains the course details.
   9. Then click on the next course section/lesson from the list displayed under curriculum, and continue until you complete all the sections/lessons and send the evaluation forms for them.
