How to Increase Your Company’s Revenue or Gross Income – Part 30
Welcome to LeadEtics® Consults Actionable Business Advice Series.
Knowing the proper technology of the parts of the organization is key to creating and having a prosperous business. And abiding by this business injunction is one sure success factor for your business.
In our last post, we discussed the eighth (8th) of the three (3) of the twenty-nine (29) parts of the organization that require attention for an organization to exist in fact, and thrive.
We have thus far discussed twenty-four (24) of the twenty-nine (29) parts of an organization.
These are: 1) Organizing Board or Corporate Structure, 2) Personnel Hat, 3) Communication Lines, 4) Communication Center System, 5) The Basket System, 6) Dispatch Forms, 7) Routing Forms, 8) Inspection Actions, 9) Promotion Actions, 10) Central Filing System.
They also include: 11) Customers and Visitors Handling, 12) Selling and Sales Actions, 13) Treasury Action of Collecting Income, 14) Treasury Action of Disbursement, 15) Managing Inventory or Store, 16) Generating and Reporting Financial Reports, 17) Handling of Raw Materials or Inputs, 18) Training Personnel, 19) Correcting or Improving Staff Competence, 20) Correcting the Form of the Organization.
Thereafter, we delved into, 21) Inspecting the Business, 22) Handling, Contacting, & Converting Prospects into Customers or Clients, 23) Establishing and Use Customers or Clients and Partners as Field Distributors or Salespeople, and 24) Reviewing & Handling Failed or Poor-quality Products or Service.
And, 25) Providing public services, 26) Maintaining contacts with the original basic technology of production and organization, and 27) Handling Rivals & Opposition, using the Tools of Public Relations and the 3rd Party Technology.
This week we are going to address the last two components of an organization, as follows:
1. Operating the business
The next component is the actions of management or the operation of the business in general. This is done using the LeadEtics®’ Corporate Organizing and Management System (COMS) manual.
The manual covers every aspect of organizing and managing an organization. The manual further comprises of an Implementation Program and Workbook with which management, executive, and staff study and imbibe the management and organizational knowledge and know-how contained in the manual.
By knowing and becoming competent in the information contained in the manual, the company, its management, and its staff can identify, determine, review, correct, organize, administer, and forge ahead with a clear purpose toward the actualization of the vision, and the attainment of a prosperous, abundant, expanding, and resilient organization.
2. Any other parts of an organization that is specific to it
For every organization, be it a corporate, governmental, charity, social betterment, educational, engineering, etc., certain actions are intrinsic to that organization that others may have or not have.
These intrinsic actions cannot be categorized along with any of the aforementioned 28 actions with any level of certainty, or even effectiveness.
Therefore, these organization-specific actions are advised to be identified, defined, addressed, detailed, and utilized for the organization to achieve stability, expansion, resilience, and prosperity.
Conclusion
Finally, we come to the end of the 29 aspects or components of an organization. As we must have observed, there is no single aspect given above that can be left out of effectively managing an organization – whatever the type or purpose.
For us to realize the fruits of our endeavors, we must aim to organize our business or whatever type of organization into a full-fledged organization that has all vital parts in harmonious function.
Let us continue to strive to thrive!
