The LeadEtics® Fundamental Factors of Leadership Course is distilled from “The Leadership Evolution Trail and Factors” in the book, “The Bio-logics of Leadership”. For a deep understanding of this course, please, obtain a copy of the book and study the stated section.

Factor can be defined as something that functions in or assists the function of a whole body or system. A factor is an element or life force that contributes its outputs to the effectiveness of the wholeness of a thing, or body.

Course Start-up Steps

1. 1.  If you are on this page and you are not logged in, please log in to your LeadEtics® account.
   2.  Click HERE to access your Course Profile.
   3.  Click on “My Course” to find the course you are on.
   4.  Then, click on the Course,
   5.  The Course will open the first lesson. Read through the material to the end.
   6. Then, Fill out the evaluation form at the end of the section/lesson. Make sure you have enough time before you start. Otherwise, you will lose whatever you have written in the form when you close the form.
   7. Once you have completed a form, click on Submit Lesson,
   8. When the page reloads, scroll upward and look for and click on CURRICULUM just below the blue banner that contains the course details.
   9. Then click on the next course section/lesson from the list displayed under curriculum, and continue until you complete all the sections/lessons and send the evaluation forms for them.
