Fundamental Factors of Leadership 1 to 5
Leadership Factor One:
The most sentient (thinking, rational, reasoning) of all beings known in existence are human beings.
Every philosopher and humanist scientist has claimed that the faculty of sentience either belongs solely to human beings or human beings exhibit the highest form of sentience known.
In the absence or retardation of sentience, a human being is just another animal, maybe a better one.
The first factor of leadership, therefore, is that a leader must be a sentient, reasoning, thinking, or rational being to assume and perform the role referred to as leadership.
Leadership Factor Two:
Human beings are Life, have life, and can endow life to other sentient beings, lifeforms, and nonlife things.
Whereas, human beings have been confused and classed as another animal. This is what gives rise to several phrases such as “thinking animal”, “social animal”, “political animal” and sundry other insane philosophical and psychological delusions. It is easy to confuse a human being with an animal when we examine a person within the confines of the body. The human or body is an animal body.
The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines the word, human as “bipedal primate mammal”, an animal. But to truly understand the enigma that is the human being, we have to look at the being, and not the human.
It is a discovered fact that “a human or body has a being that superintendent its life function, purpose, and activities”, including in leadership.
Therefore, the second leadership factor is that a leader is, must perceive, understand, and affect his or her leadership and life purposes as Life and an endower or giver of life, purpose, motive, and motivations to inanimate things, life conditions, life forms, and other human beings.
In the absence of the operation of this leadership factor, the society of human beings will continue to be filled with criminality, and insanity more than the instinct-dictated environment of animals because the presence of the being will always be a factor, positive or negative.
Leadership Factor Three:
Those beings that are capable of generating, transmitting, hosting, accepting, modifying, and rejecting ideas which, in due course become knowledge, know-how, and wisdom.
Unlike other known life forms, human beings are the only ones capable of learning, storing, imparting, utilizing, and relearning knowledge of things based on extrapolative, experiential, deductive, and artificial knowledge transfer processes.
The limitations of the capacity to know, learn, and express are known to be based on the factors imposed by the individual human being and are not realistic when we examine humanity.
The third leadership factor is: “A human being has the ability and capacity to perceive, examine, evaluate, store, and utilize data and information contained in abstract, actual, and real conditions to cause, survive, or destroy any condition or thing”.
These abilities and capacities are essential to the effectiveness of leadership.
Leadership Factor Four:
These beings have as their greatest desire the realization of the purpose of creating effects on self and others, for the view and admiration of self and others.
We learn in Leadetics® that the “highest purpose in life is the creation of an effect”.
Every thought, emotion, action, and reaction of every living human being is addressed, wittingly or unintentionally, knowingly or unknowingly, to create one effect or another on one being, thing, condition, or the other, or in one sphere or another.
Therefore, the fourth factor of leadership addresses the highest purpose of leadership which is the highest purpose of an individual: get things done; achieve a goal; make a desired effect manifest; make the unknown, known; unmake harmful ideas, particles, and conditions; create understanding and harmony; create in survival symbiotes in vast abundance.
In the absence of this factor, leadership will be worthless and useless as that life force endowed with live attributes to affect the goal of Life, which is to continue the creation of the Work of the Creator in the universe.
Leadership Factor Five:
The most desired and potent avenue with which these beings bring about the creation and presentation of their effects for view and admiration is communication.
For any human being to cause or effect the creation, maintenance, or destruction of anything, the art, factor, and activity called communication must be resorted to. No activity in life can happen in the absence of communication.
Communication can be internal to a person, as when one thinks, ponders, etc., to and within oneself. Communication can also be expressed to one or more living beings, including other life forms, to transmit ideas or knowledge transfer.
The fifth factor of leadership, then, is that every leader must learn, become capable of, and utilize communication to affect the understanding of the vision, purpose, policy, and sundry aspects of a group, including the family, to the other members.
