Fundamental Factors of Leadership 6 to 10
Leadership Factor Six:
Human beings are natively capable of and ardently desire communication because communication is a common denominator, a key essence of life, which presents itself as, and aids every curve of the cycle of life or cycle of action, including Creativity, Survival, and Success.
We define the cycle of action or cycle of life as containing the steps to make manifest, make continuing or survive, and make nonexistent or destroy any created thing.
The first curve of the cycle of life or action is Create, Begin, or Start. To create is to originate a thought, emotion, or action that leads to the manifestation of an effect. Nothing can exist without affecting the Create step or curve of the cycle of action or life.
The second curve of the cycle of life or action is Survival or Maintenance. To survive or maintain a created thought, emotion, action, condition, or thing the creator of the thing must continue to create-create-create or do-do-do the steps that led to the creation of the original thought, emotion, action, condition, or thing, or else the thought, emotion, action, condition, or thing will cease to exist.
Definition: “Survival is the continuing existence of a created thought, emotion, action, condition, or thing in a single cycle for as long and as well as possible.”
The third curve of the cycle of life or action is Death, Destroy, or End. No created thought, emotion, action, condition, or thing can come to death, destruction, or end in the physical universe. End, destruction, or death in the physical universe is another form of creation, be it intended or not.
The actual action that leads to real destruction, end, or stop to all created thoughts, emotions, actions, conditions, or things lies in the creation out of the existence of the created thing.
Definition: “Destroy, death, or end is the bringing about of the cessation of the existence of a created thought, emotion, action, condition, or thing in a cycle.”
Communication runs through the cycle of life or action, just as everything else. Therefore, leaders must ensure the effectiveness of their thoughts, emotions, and actions that aid communication or aim to communicate an idea, order, etc., to others. Otherwise, the end of the cycle of life or action will ensue, which is stagnation, and decay will be the outcome of their efforts.
Leadership Factor Seven:
Human beings desire, create, have, and use the community as a bonding platform to create effects, expressed through the desire to engage in communication and interaction, otherwise appearing as survival activities.
It is a fact that no human being can survive on his or her own without the aid of any other human being.
The created effect of this factor is that every human being, especially leaders, needs and survives best in groups.
The only natural group there is in the universe is the individual human being, with all the composite parts of his or her three minds, the body, and intimate environments.
It is this natural group, the individual human being, who found it expedient to create the first artificial group: the family.
The family was created for the sourcing, acquisition, and utility of mutual protection, provision, and happiness to aid the survival of its members.
Leadership Factor Eight:
Human beings conjoin themselves to a community due to their beliefs that their desire to create effects for view and admiration, which appear as the exchange of communications, interaction, and engagement in survival activities, otherwise appearing as forwarding of personal interests and purposes, can be assured a realization.
It is the human being, discovering, associating, and combining with other culture-bound, purpose-related, purpose-related, interest-based, etc., people that formed and power every other group known to humanity.
The most effective common denominators utilized by human beings to affect the creation of their effects are Communication, Admiration, Affinity, and Agreement. In the absence of any of these, and probably more, universal solvents, every association of human beings, and leadership will come to naught.
Leadership Factor Nine:
The agreements that things, conditions, etc., are the way they are assumed and aggregated by an individual or collective human being into a community brings about the willingness to contribute to the community the repression of some personal freedoms of the individual in order to create effects for the protection and the conditional pursuit of personal interests of one and the whole.
An individual who is a member of a group will have to donate some of his or her personal rights and freedoms to the group for the existence, effectiveness, and survival of the group. Otherwise, the group cannot exist.
Personal rights and freedoms include the following:
-
-
- constituent members’ willingness to abide by the rules, regulations, and disciplinary measures of the group;
- constituent members’ willingness to accept the domination by the group’s appointed, assumed, or elected leadership;
- constituent members’ willingness to assist leadership by submitting to measures to restore order within the group when a rule, regulation, or disciplinary measure is breached;
- constituent members’ willingness to be motivated by the examples of the leadership toward the attainment of the goals of the group;
- constituent members’ willingness to be amenable to undergo the coercive measures of the leadership where a constituent member is deemed recalcitrant in performing assigned tasks which could lead toward the attainment of an objective of the group;
- constituent members’ willingness to assist the leadership by submitting to measures to safeguard the continuous existence, integrity, and effectiveness of the group;
- constituent members’ willingness to make personal sacrifices for the benefit of the whole group, and subsequently other constituents.
-
Therefore, personal freedoms and rights to create any effects by an individual have to be abridged and become a non-absolute fact, compared to the absolute reign of the individual freed from participation in a group.
Leadership Factor Ten:
The fact that the individual who belongs to a group has to accept the sacrifices of some of his or her personal freedoms and rights we can deduce, as follows:
-
-
- There are personal interests, purposes, or survival activities or effects that an individual desires for creation, which creation, maintenance, and destruction belong solely to the individual, notwithstanding that they belong to a group or community,
- There are communal interests, purposes, or survival activities or effects that are desired for creation, which creation, maintenance, and destruction belong by the temporal donative of the individual’s rights and freedoms to the community as modified by the agreed rules and the power of choice of the individuals, and
- In the absence of the two factors above, there should not exist any other interests, purposes, survival activities, or effects that are desired for creation in a community consisting of sentient beings.
-
