The Bio-logics of Leadership

This second and upgraded edition of The Bio-logics of Leadership (the first edition was entitled ‘The Book of Leadership Fundamental) expands the definitions and clarifies the life force, discipline, practice, and activity of leadership. These definitions and clarifications are advanced to enable a wholesome and applied understanding of the underlying factors that make leadership essential for personal, group, and social enlivenment and civilization.

These bio-logics, or fundamental principles, are proposed for all classes of leadership, whether they operate in the personal, social, economic, or political sectors. These principles apply across the three spheres of leadership: command, influence, and cooperation.

It is an objective fact that leadership, that Life-endowed force and ability that assists sentient beings in attaining group-related aspirations using the art of inspiration and motivation as earthlings or anchors, is an inextricable factor essential to the advancement of society and human endeavors.

We propose that the purpose of leadership is:

1) To aid life in further endowing sentient beings and non-sentient lifeforms with enhanced life by enabling a higher tone of sanity, order, and purpose;

2) To enliven lifeless objects with purpose, meaning, and direction; and

3) To raise the conditions of existence for people, groups, and things to heights that enable the fulfillment of the essential and secondary purposes of Life, groups, and peoples.

In the perspicuous and unrestrained presence of leadership, order, and orderliness of people, goals, wherewithal, and processes, a sense of havingness prevails; a condition that proclaims the reign of sanity.

The absence of leadership gives rise to decivilisation, disorder, poverty, and the derangement of ethics, morals, and laws. This leads to an unsettling, unhappy, and debilitating condition within a group or society, which can be described as insanity. Sentient beings are inherently sane, and any deviation from this state can be considered as non-sentience or insanity.
