The Bio-logics of Leadership
The book’s title was derived from compounding the words, Bio and Logics. Bio-logics uses the root meanings of the two words to deduce the desired understanding we intend to communicate.
Bio means life, essence, essential, fundamental.
Logics means the formal principles of a branch of knowledge; with root or derivation in reason; reasoning; thinking.
Therefore, Bio-logics means the essential principles, in this case, of leadership. Or The Fundamental Principles of Leadership.
The Work, The Bio-logics of Leadership, comprises the researched, codified, and clarified essential principles with which leadership, as a life force, discipline, activity, and practice, can be further appreciated and understood.
The book aims to enable the evolution or deduction of better principles, clearer understandings, more effective practices, and more efficient tools to aid the rapid and sustainable development of competent, ethical, responsible, and resilient leaders and leadership who will create, nourish, and lead families, groups, and societies of human beings.
The Bio-logics of Leadership contains several discoveries in the field of knowledge, leadership, and groups.
One of these discoveries is, “In the presence of leadership, sanity prevails; insanity reigns in the absence of leadership.”
Another is, “Leadership is a Life Force, a force of nature that is endowed to every human being to aid Life to continue to works of Creation.”
And, another, “For it is only leadership, and no other discipline, that has the quality, purpose, and capacity to transform individuals, conditions, factors, and life.”
